We loved well-appointed and perfectly clean rooms and great food.

Stylish and upscale hotel, the services were excellent, magnificent location far away from the nightclub. Location: the venue was adjacent to bars as well as a lot more concerts in Durham. I tried some drinks at bar Mellow Mushroom, located 5 minutes walk away. I appreciated fabulous rooms with 2 double beds and helpful staff. Had good amenities.

The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Staff members were attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The city view from our room added a nice touch to the experience.

The hotel was upscale, and fairly clean, and the location was great between the trains coming thru in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

My family loved being just a short walk from Durham Central Park and the vibrant American Tobacco Campus, making our city strolls more fun and effortless after a delicious meal at a nearby bistro.

The location was perfect for catching a Durham Bulls game. The staff were unbelievably friendly and patient, even with a busy hotel. The room was clean and surprisingly comfortable, the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in-no back pain at all! I wish there had been a hot breakfast included in the price.

The room on the 6th floor offered a lovely view of downtown and the DPAC sign. The bed was comfortable and had no negative impact on my back. Check-in was delayed, and there was a lack of communication from housekeeping that disturbed my evening. The frequent train noise and an annoying alarm in the hallway disrupted my sleep.

Perfect location but needs improvement

The room was spacious with large windows offering a view of the city skyline. Bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had quality toiletries. Great vibe overall, staff was friendly. Conveniently close to DPAC and many restaurants. The lighting in the room was a bit harsh and confusing to use.

I've never slept better-the bed was an absolute dream! The convenience of being so close to all the action made our city adventure easy. Plus, the friendly vibe of the staff.

Great staff, clean rooms, perfect location.

The food scene around here is lit! Bull City Burger and Brewery had hand-cut steaks that were divine. Plus, you can't beat the friendly vibe of the staff. Their service really took my stay to another level. Oh, and that location? Right in the heart of all the action! So convenient for any adventure!

While everything else shined, the furnishings are a bit tired. My room could have used a small table with chairs instead of just the well-worn ottoman-it felt a bit lacking. The carpet also showed some wear and tear, which brought the vibe down a notch.

The spacious room had an very nice view of downtown durham. This place definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my past experiences in durham.

The bed was the best part. It didn't leave my back aching at all. It's super close to everything, especially the dpac. The staff was friendly and efficient. I loved having shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. The outdoor pool looked nice too!
